NCMC is very proud that Rich Cole, our artistic director, was honored by The City of Cleveland and local members of the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender community at the 7th Annual Heritage Day celebration. The event took place in the beautiful rotunda at Cleveland City Hall on Thursday, October 8, 2015. LGBTQA leaders contribute to the betterment of the LGBTQA community on a daily basis as ‘out’ members of the community. The list of winners this year were Bryan Jones (Community Advocacy), Rich Cole (Entertainment), Bob Bucklew (Health & Wellness), Tom Stebel (Public Service), Bob & Karen Gross (LGBT Ally), and Joe Cimperman (Elected Official). About forty-five NCMC members were able to attend the event to see Barbara Ragon, our executive director, present the award to Rich. NCMC member Marc Copfer started the evening out by singing the National Anthem. Congratulations to all of this year’s recipients.
